North America

Contrasts abound in North America as we move north to south, and east to west. No frame is alike, no city or town looks like the other. From the snow-capped mountains and turquoise lakes of Canada and the pulsating energy of the U.S. coastal cities to the winding streets and colourful apartments of Mexico, North America is a multi-faceted gem.

It’s important to remember that North America as we know it, is a result of imperialistic rule, horrid yet strategic colonization practices, and, of course, deep-rooted capitalism. It’s a challenge to perspectivize the space without remembering how much suffering and carnage its native people went through, for the continent to be shaped as it is today.
